چکیده

Light Emitting Diode (LED)s are used extensively in almost everywhere our daily life and they have different color temperatures such as Correlated Color Temperature (CCT) which is represented by ˚K (Kelvin). In this study, wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) barley (Hordeum vulgare were cultivated laboratory environment under LED with CCT values (2000, 3000, 6000˚K). After cultivation, plant height weight values, the quantity of chlorophyll carotene, amount leakage electrolyte element absorption capacity from soil, POX (Peroxidase) SOD (Superoxide Dismutase) enzyme activities plants determined. Results evaluated on Statistical Package for Social Sciences Program (SPSS 22) significant differences obtained grown at light. It was concluded that measurements light cold (6000˚K) more consistent than those other lights temperatures. has been deduced closer to optimum required a grow faster.

Growth Response of Winter Wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) and Wild Barley (Hordeum spontaneum Koch) to Nitrogen

A greenhouse study was conducted to investigate the effects of nitrogen (N) on wild barley (Hordeum spontaneum Koch) interference with winter wheat (Triticum aestivum var. Pishtaz) by an additive series experiment. The experiment was conducted in a split plot design with 3 replications. Wheat plant height losses were on average 30, 10, and 10% in a wild barley density of 16 plants per pot with ...

The Effect of an Oxygen-free Atmosphere on Net Photosynthesis and Transpiration of Barley (Hordeum vulgare L.) and Wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) Leaves.

Stomata of barley (Hordeum vulgare L.) and wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) leaves failed to open in the light and close in the dark or respond to changes in the CO(2) concentration of the atmosphere in either light or dark when the leaves were in an O(2)-free atmosphere. In contrast, the expected responses to environmental changes were found in atmospheres containing 1.5% O(2). It appears that O(2...

Lysine Catabolism in Barley (Hordeum vulgare L.).

Lysine catabolism in seedlings of barley (Hordeum vulgare L. var. Emir) was studied by direct injection of the following tracers into the endosperm of the seedlings: aspartic acid-3-(14)C, 2-aminoadipic acid-1-(14)C, saccharopine-(14)C, 2,6-diaminopimelic acid-1-(7)-(14)C, and lysine-1-(14)C. Labeled saccharopine was formed only after the administration of either labeled 2,6-diaminopimelic acid...

Allelopathic Plants. 19. Barley (Hordeum vulgare L)

Barley is integrated with other crops to inhibit weed growth, through allelopathic interactions. Effects of barley on growth of other crops, weeds and autotoxicity among cultivars result primarily from allelopathy mediated by allelochemicals released from plant components and/or exuded from living roots. A limited number of allelochemicals are identified that contributes to allelopathic effecti...

The wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) leaf proteome.

The wheat leaf proteome was mapped and partially characterized to function as a comparative template for future wheat research. In total, 404 proteins were visualized, and 277 of these were selected for analysis based on reproducibility and relative quantity. Using a combination of protein and expressed sequence tag database searching, 142 proteins were putatively identified with an identificat...
